Thanks to a dense network of partnerships with local companies specialized in the production of high-precision gearboxes and mechanical components, AMRE is able to design and offer integrated mechatronic systems such as wheel motors, electric axles, and gearmotors.

Each solution is highly customized. Our transmissions (both wheel motor units and electric axles) are typically designed for minimum loads starting from 1,000 kg with output torque up to 4,000 Nm.

Traction Wheel Motors

Our wheel transmissions allow for load capacities per wheel starting from 1,000 kg up to 3,500/4,000 kg.

We can provide electric wheels with vertical or horizontal layouts (depending on the customer's application needs), and steering solutions can also be offered where required.

We also offer the possibility to combine various types of motors (DC, AC, IPM) and to integrate the control electronics into the same supply.

Traction transaxles

Thanks to our field-proven experience, we can offer robust and powerful electric traction axles with load capacities ranging from 1,000 kg to 4,000 kg and output torque up to 4,000 Nm.

Known for their quiet operation and long-term reliability, our axles can be integrated with various types of motors (DC, AC, IPM) and equipped with the corresponding control electronics.

Steering Gearmotors

AMRE offers a range of planetary gearboxes integrated with AC/DC electric motors, ideal for electric steering functions on AGVs, tow tractors, or electric carts.

We offer steering gearmotors with output torque up to 400 Nm and the possibility of mechanical adaptation on the output slow shaft. Available voltages range from 24V to 96V, with the option of electronic integration.
